Our Story
Rodgers Insurance was founded by Sean Rodgers in 2015 in Midlothian, VA. Sean had been in the insurance agency world for a short while but found many customers were not getting the best deal possible and many good customers couldn't be written for silly reasons. So he started his own agency to do things his way.
The main goal at Rodgers Insurance is to offer the utmost, personal service. We do that, in part, by offering multiple insurance company options. We strive to get you connected with the best carrier that gives you the best coverage for the best possible rate.

Owner
Sean Rodgers is the owner and principal agent at Rodgers Insurance. He has over 20 years of experience in customer service and relationship building. Since founding Rodgers Insurance in 2015, he has made it his mission to make sure that our customers understand the basics of their coverage so that they can make informed decisions.

Donna Sisco
Agent
Donna Sisco joined the insurance world as a licensed agent in 2022. She is a native Floridian,
now a resident of Pamplin, VA. Her passion is helping people. Taking a minute to have a
conversation with a stranger, giving them a smile, or a kind word to simply brighten their day.
She has 30 years of customer service experience. She enjoys spending time with family, and
the outdoors.

Ronald Booker Jr
Office Manager
Ronald Booker Jr joined Rodgers Insurance Agency in 2023. He is a graduate of George Mason University with a Bachelors degree in Information Systems Operations Management. He previously interned for the Washington Commanders as a marketing intern.
